Develop comprehensive performance management system including appraisal forms, guides, & manuals


Provide third party investigation services for harassment, sexual harassment, hostile workplace claims, discrimination, etc.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Prepare job descriptions
  • Conduct compensation surveys
  • Analyze compensation data and make recommendations for pay programs
  • Create salary grades and ranges
  • Interface with benefits brokers; assist with open enrollment
  • Prepare benefits communications
  • Assist with Investment Policy Statements for retirement plans

Human Resources Information Systems

Provide assistance with system selection, set-up & implementation.  Write initial system reports
