Develop comprehensive performance management system including appraisal forms, guides, & manuals
Provide third party investigation services for harassment, sexual harassment, hostile workplace claims,
discrimination, etc.
- Prepare job descriptions
- Conduct compensation surveys
- Analyze compensation data and make recommendations for pay programs
- Create salary grades and ranges
- Interface with benefits brokers; assist with open enrollment
- Prepare benefits communications
- Assist with Investment Policy Statements for retirement plans
Human Resources Information Systems
